To do this evening/ was completed: Told Cristina we didn't have Girls About Town for tomorrow's tech, but everything else is good to go. I made a playlist the other day for the Dark Room shorts and additional content pieces, all of which have been tech'd, so Jack and Cristina can just tailor things tomorrow. Should be a breeze. Shaolin also ready. - L

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlists for Air Bud and Creed - L

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: We are all setup for the Cutting Rocks show in T2 this evening. Three chairs and a mic stand are setup off to the side. Desmond left notes for Jack, which I've confirmed with him. Went through the playlist today and adjusted it to have the correct slide for both the intro and q&a. Mics will be brought down once things kick off but they're currently charging in the booth. - L

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Updated Mortal Kombat II posters were delivered and stored behind 3/7 -WB

Ordering/Receiving (content): Reached out about the keys for 5000 Fingers of Dr. T again, which will get released soon. John's workin' on it. In addition to Dr. T, the keys for The Bride will be in tomorrow and Hoppers should be coming in later tonight. - L

We received the ABC_V4 and Creed preshow, which I ingested and built the playlist with. - L

We received the DCP of Dirty, Difficult and Dangerous via Filemail which will finish to the Share folder. It's got quite a few hours left, so keep a eye on it. Thanks! - L

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Tech'd Air Bud and ingested Cameraperson to T4, which has now also been tech'd. Playlist updated. - L

Reached out about Exit 8 for the screener this Friday as we don't have it yet. Should be coming in within the next few hours. Once it does, please ingest. Thanks! - L

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. Updated today. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Swept booths 1, 2, and 4/6 -WB

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Slightly adjusted Cutting Rocks tonight.

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
