Projection Admin 3/23

To do this evening/ was completed: This morning I changed the lamp in T6 since it was time. Cleaned the lamp house whilst it was vacant. New lamp is nice and bright, no issues. Swapped the power sources and ran many image tests in T4 for analog as per my discussion with Alec yesterday after going over the issues with Projector 2. I sent the rundown to Roger, Alec and Matthew. While everything is, at the moment, visually stable, there is still a bit of a mystery issue with Projector 2 that we need to weed out. We will keep you updated. - LH

Ran house checks this morning in all theaters except 6 as Lillian was busy completing maintenance on its projector -WB

Special Events/ AV set up: Double checked the show playlist for The Headless Woman in theater 4 for this evening's show and lowered the feature volume/added a house lights up cue -WB

Ordering/Receiving (content): Just a friendly reminder that the keys for Do the Right Thing come in tomorrow, but won't open until the morning of the 25th. Cristina reached out to tech this tomorrow, but I let her know they won't open then. We will make sure it gets techd, of course. - LH

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Reached out to Paramount for return labels for Liberty Valance. - LH

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
