To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled an infants show playlist for Super Mario Galaxy on 4/7

Raised the feature volume in all show playlists for The Drama and Super Mario Galaxy as both sounded a bit softer than normal with the larger crowds in attendance

Added a lights up cue to the Fantasy Life staff show playlist for tomorrow morning

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Dirty Dancing private screening in 4 was very straightforward (no breaks for singing or last minute technical requests) and wrapped up on schedule

Spoons Toons and Booze in theater 1 went well and all gear was stored beneath the curtains after the show for the brunch event on Saturday

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Fantasy Life one sheets were delivered and stored behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content):

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Removed Dirty Dancing feature content from the LMS/server following the show

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked all cues/schedule and added a couple missing manual start show playlists during the last rounds (timing is about a minute behind schedule for each one but we can start these on our own if need be)

Marquee updated?: Organized letters for Fantasy Life behind 3/7 (note the missing "Y" which can be taken from the birthday message on the 35mm side...there is a hand drawn one on the work bench that does not look presentable)

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

Additional Notes: Updated the first run titles on the dry erase board in 4/6

Closed captions device was returned to the A/V closet to charge following the first round

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
