NPP Projection Close 4/6 + 4/7 Admin



To do this evening/ was completed: Evil 8, Real Life, Phantom Thread, Lost in Translation ingested.

Heavy Healing DCP downloading to Share drive.

Evil 8 playlists built, LMS scheduled for coming week, cue sheets built as well.

Wiped down Christie lenses in 1, 4 and 6. 3/7 swept. Trees trivia table set. 3/7 AC still down but so far no issues there.

Presentation Issues: RCA cable connected to 4/6 iPad wasn't working properly, preventing music from playing throughout the building. Switched the cable and resolved the issue. 

T7 table lights were out during round 1 today. Before checking the table lights switch I hit the dimmer panel box to reset it because I thought I saw one of the notification lights on. This brought up house lights for a quick moment, I brought them back down. Wasn't able to bring the table lights back on by turning the switch on and off.

I left my Eyes Wide Shut blu-ray here for McKegg to borrow just FYI.

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
