To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled a babies playlist of Michael for Tuesday.

Checked both playlists for tonight, they're good to go.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Ran loops for The Rookie tonight. Cleaned the projectors as well.

Chairs are on the stage in T2 for the Butthole Surfers Q&A tonight; I looked at the spots with the slide up on screen and added the proper settings to the ROS on the event memo. Tested the Spotify playlist through the Non-Sync input, too. This is all good to go.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Sheep Detectives ingested to LMS

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: I put Blue Velvet on house reels. Since this was just inspected and screened 3 times at Williamsburg we're OK to run it without reinspecting it.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: We received a backup IMS yesterday, which is sitting in a docking station in the Theater 6 rack. This needs to stay connected to power, there's a little green LED flashing on the front of the IMS indicating it's connected. I'm working on writing up the procedure for replacing this in an emergency, I'll add it to the manual when I'm done. Just a few things I need to check/test for myself to include, which should make the process as simple as possible.

We are down to one (1) TV in Trees Lounge; Gus and I took the big Sony one down as that one is now having issues. Matthew will be picking up the Sony today and taking it to the repair shop tomorrow, where he'll also retrieve the two he dropped off last week, so we should be back to three TVs in the bar tomorrow!

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday). To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Do the Right Thing screening in theater 1 went very smoothly Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for The Warriors Outgoing/Shipping (content): Contacted DHL and brought  Do the Right Thing downstairs for it to be picked up tomorrow + removed Deep Blue Sea content from the LMS/theater 3 Print/video Inspection: Tech'd Deep Blue Sea in theater 3 this morning (mostly for a laugh) and the 5.5 volume setting is perfect + re-inspected  Do the Right Thing  after the show and cleaned the projectors/shut the exhausts Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed the outgoing brunch titles and replaced them with letters for Pavements Posters updated?: Cleaning lights on for the night?: Projection cart by entrance?: Additional Not...
