To do this evening/ was completed: Staff screenings have been scheduled on the LMS, blocked on the calendar and sent out via 7shifts. We will add Fantasy Life once we've got it in house. See notes below in Ordering/Receiving. Thanks! - LH

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I have made playlists for all NSF programs since we will be taking a look at each program all the way through with assets on Friday. Note - we do not have the NSF26 preshow yet but Kat let me know that we should have it before then, so we'll adjust once we've got it. - LH

Techd Super Mario Bros - all good to go! - LH

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The DCP of Cecil B Demented has a short while left in T1, so please ingest this evening if you can. - L

*Ingested Gowanus Current to the LMS. 
*Got the key extension for Undertone. 
*We were supposed to received the CRU drive of Fantasy Life today, but they didn't ring as they thought we were closed. Another drive was delivered to WB so Matthew will be dropping it off to us tomorrow morning, which will likely be earlier than the next scheduled drop off for the drive we missed.
*One last note - we got a stereo version of Doctor Death Grip (for Opening Nite of NSF26) so I downloaded it. It is currently DCPing to the Share folder. Should be done soon. Please ingest. - LH


Outgoing/Shipping (content): Deleted a bunch of features/playlists we don't need. Additionally, got a notification that Swordfish was successfully delivered to CA. - L

We are done with Good Luck, The Bride, and Scream 7, so I deleted the playlists and features. AL

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning: Fuses came in but were the wrong size. Bummer, but no biggie and zero rush since they're just to have. We've got new ones on the way. - LH

Heads up all three TVs in Trees seem to be working. At least they all were when I was down there checking Plex (which is also working, but let me know if there are any more issues). AL

I plugged the extension cord back into the outlet behind the arcade game on the lower level of Trees; this should stay plugged in, I found it in the storage closet. It can stay coiled up on the hook with the XLR cables. AL

FYI the damper for the T4, P2 exhaust duct is back in, so we'll need to open and close it again. AL

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes

Marquee updated?: We have a last minute-ish marquee rental for tomorrow, which I can put up in the morning, but feel free to do it tonight if you can (and if it doesn't rain). It's for the private event in T6. - LH

Posters updated?: Noticed that the banner for a poster in the lobby was incorrect, so I swapped it out. - LH

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
