To do this evening/ was completed: Ran house checks in all theaters this morning and adjusted for focus and framing in theaters 1, 3, and 7 (the latter does not have a house check playlist on its server so I used available framing charts/flat features to best frame for its masking) - WB

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built more SE playlists and scheduled the last few for this week. - LH

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Tech'd Gowanus Current and added intro and Q&A slides/a house lights up cue to its show playlist + tested mics and placed three chairs on the side of the stage for the Q&A - WB

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Please note that the keys for Phantom Thread will come in tomorrow in addition to the keys for The Christophers, which should come in around 11pm tonight.  The keys for The Secret Life of Pets will come in on Thursday, 4/16. - LH

Kat is working on the Project Eden DCP - which will be available in a couple hours, though likely via Google drive. Kat might send a physical drive over if it takes too long. - LH

Chenelle left the BluRay of Zootopia (private event 4/19) on Jess' desk at WB so she'll bring it by this week. - LH 

Ingested The Secret Life of Pets - LH

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Cleared up the LMS/ T1 server and got rid of all NSF26 content - LH

Print/video Inspection: 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated today. We have Take Shelter on hold right now. Spoke to Desmond about this.  LH

Private event for 4/23 will be Michael - LH

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. 

Marquee updated?: Will and I both tackled a last minute (and with many iterations) marquee rental for a sweet dude who wanted to surprise his wife. Certainly one of the longest and most unique ones we've done. Ha He is very happy! - LH (one more note - I emailed Chenelle images of what punctuation letters we have on hand right now so she's aware of what's available for future rentals. I'll have to make a slight adjustment to the spreadsheet I have, too, since it's been a minute, but she has that also. She is putting together information for a marquee rental on the 18th)  - LH

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
