To do this evening/ was completed: Staff screening info is out on 7shifts, scheduled on the LMS and blocked on the Google cal. - Lillian

Got new keys for Fantasy Life - uploaded to the LMS. Keys for Nickelodeon will open up tomorrow, then we can adjust the cue sheets. Credits info isn't available via the ingest letter FYI. Will tech Mother Mary and Michael tomorrow. - Lillian 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Adjusted the playlist for Puddysticks - the trailer for FOFIF is very loud and should not exceed 3.8 volume. - Lillian 
Looked at the custom 5mi preshow for Michael, Mother Mary, and Devil Wears Prada 2. All sound/look just fine. - Lillian 
Built Mulholland Drive playlist and Rookie playlist. - Lillian 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Jimmy and the Demons all set for tonight. Matthew is doing the intro. - Lillian

Downloaded the DCP for Butthole Surfers to the Share folder, which is currently extracting. Please ingest when it is done. Also, the rest of the DCPs for Doc n Roll (May dates) are available in the email John forwarded us. I am currently downloading Before It Was Cool to the Share folder via WeTranser. - Lillian

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. Cleared old April titles and added all titles throughout May. Tracking for Uncut Gems added.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Devil Wears Prada 2 formula added and opening shows have been scheduled on the LMS/added to the sheets. Updated Richie Rich for Sat/Sun shows since there's a short film beforehand. - Lillian

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
