Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: 
Got a head start on Friday work & built all A1 playlists for the week of 5/1! Just need SE shows built. 
Tech'd Mother Mary and Michael. Ready to go. 
Built the SE playlists for Heavy Healing and Butthole Surfers. - Lillian 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Printed out the ROS for Kevin Geeks Out tonight (fyi the preshow was in the LMS with Dolls in the title). We went through the preshow today, which I put into a short playlist with a house lights down cue a couple minutes before the end as the last few minutes are just meant for transitioning to the laptop...bit of a weird choice via Kevin's editor but it's all good! You can switch over to the laptop as soon as you see that house lights down cue execute. I setup the laptop connection/yamaha and wireless mic mixer with two mic stands off to the side near the table setup. Just bring down the mics and turn everything on before the show. We went through the entire ROS, which I wrote down volume cues for (for the segments that have volume), and added another single right spot preset for tonight (the only spotlight preset you'll use. It is 303. This is listed on the sheet). The entire show should be pretty darn easy. - Lillian

I am downloading the last feature we need for Doc n Roll, which is Sound of a Dream and will be in the Share folder by this evening. This is the last bit of content we need. Everything else has already been ingested. - Lillian

Print/video Inspection: Ran a reel of The Rookie for Cristina after teching with Kevin. Volume for this has been logged. Reel rewound. - Lillian

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. 

Marquee updated?: Added Mother Mary and Michael to the front and took Jimmy and the Demons down from the brunch side.

Posters updated?: Now showing tags above Mother Mary and Michael

Additional Notes: Just mentioning this though it shouldn't make any significant difference; I put the 3/7 equipment on a new network switch at the suggestion of DMS, to see if that will eliminate the T3 server disconnection issue. This doesn't make any difference for operation.

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday). To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Do the Right Thing screening in theater 1 went very smoothly Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for The Warriors Outgoing/Shipping (content): Contacted DHL and brought  Do the Right Thing downstairs for it to be picked up tomorrow + removed Deep Blue Sea content from the LMS/theater 3 Print/video Inspection: Tech'd Deep Blue Sea in theater 3 this morning (mostly for a laugh) and the 5.5 volume setting is perfect + re-inspected  Do the Right Thing  after the show and cleaned the projectors/shut the exhausts Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed the outgoing brunch titles and replaced them with letters for Pavements Posters updated?: Cleaning lights on for the night?: Projection cart by entrance?: Additional Not...
