To do this evening/ was completed: Monday screening of Uncut Gems has moved to T4! Also, friendly reminder that there's a school screening tomorrow with preshow starting at the usual 10am. Playlist is scheduled and ready to go! - LH

Ran house checks in all theaters this morning -WB

Presentation Issues: No issues with T3 at the moment.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat reached out to have us update the existing 4/24 playlists as well as the 5/01 playlists. I have done the 5/01 playlists, but we can update the 4/24 playlists later this evening. 

Trailer Updates: Ingested Backrooms trailer. - LH

Special Events/ AV set up: Added four chairs/mics to T3 for Heavy Healing tonight. We will need to remove a chair for this show, seat 3609. Ran through the playlist and double checked everything. All good to go! 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received the keys for Super Mario Bros, Drama, Exit 8, Project Hail Mary and The Christophers. - LH

We got an intro video for Butthole Surfers, which I ingested and added to the playlist(s). This has also been techd. - LH 

Got a trailer (Reeling) for the Puddysticks playlists to replace the FOFIF trailer with. DCP'd, ingested, in added to the playlists. We'll need to tech it for volume. - LH

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Printed out labels for and scheduled a pickup for Richie Rich, which has already been snagged by FedEx. Outbound info added to the asset sheet. - L

Print/video Inspection: Double checked Little Mermaid Sing-A-Long and built a playlist for it. - LH

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning: Titles for May and some of June added to the whiteboard in 4/6. - L

Cleaned the port glass windows in booths 1 and 4/6 -WB

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes 

Marquee updated?: Reorganized the 35mm side and put up letters for The Virgin Suicides -WB

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday). To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Do the Right Thing screening in theater 1 went very smoothly Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for The Warriors Outgoing/Shipping (content): Contacted DHL and brought  Do the Right Thing downstairs for it to be picked up tomorrow + removed Deep Blue Sea content from the LMS/theater 3 Print/video Inspection: Tech'd Deep Blue Sea in theater 3 this morning (mostly for a laugh) and the 5.5 volume setting is perfect + re-inspected  Do the Right Thing  after the show and cleaned the projectors/shut the exhausts Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed the outgoing brunch titles and replaced them with letters for Pavements Posters updated?: Cleaning lights on for the night?: Projection cart by entrance?: Additional Not...
