To do this evening/ was completed: Staff screenings have been sent out on 7shifts, scheduled on the LMS and blocked on the calendar. Please do not delete Mulholland Drive until after Friday's staff screening! Thanks! 

Tomorrow we lose Fantasy Life and can send back the CRU drives. Both are in 4/6. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd Devil Wears Prada, which sounds better at 6.0! Playlists updated. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Got the chairs and mics ready for Puddysticks in T4. Everything is ready to go - double checked the playlist. Spots remote is in the booth (4/6). 

We had to make some last minute changes to Butthole Surfers in which they asked us to use the intro slide for preshow with a special spotify playlist, plus they sent their new music video for us to run before the show. The intro change and video addition has changed the timing little bit, which pushes things back a few minutes, but it's not hugely interfering with the next round. I updated the playlist for tonight and tomorrow, running through everything with John (tomorrow's playlist for the encore show has also been updated. they would like all doc n roll shows to have the slide be used for preshow with their spotify playlist). I hooked up the iMac for the Spotify playlist, tested it, and added a new spots preset so that they wouldn't be obstructing the QR code and the small bit of text on the right. This is 703 and it is on the event memo, which I also updated. Cue sheets are good to go with the new adjustments. Chairs are off to the side, John will move them when the time comes. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested the special video for The Little Mermaid singalong for 5/9. I'll tech this tomorrow.

DCP'd and ingested the following slides for Desmond: Jason n Shirley, Rugrats, Mission Impossible 2, Amreeka. 

DCP'd the Butthole Surfers music video. 

Ingested Mortal Kombat DCP

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Ran Uncut Gems and Blue Velvet for Desmond. Volume logged for both, though both still need to be inspected. I reckon we can use the print report from WB, but it wouldn't hurt to get an other pair of eyes on it. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added the tracking for Virgin Suicides to the asset doc. Comes in Thurs. 

Maintenance/cleaning: 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Updated some special events on sheets. Adjusted for tomorrow.

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
