NPP Projection Close 5/20



To do this evening/ was completed: Maddie's Secret ingested to LMS. Communion DCP downloaded and ingested too.

Inspected the rest of The Master, put it on house reels. Good condition.

Spoons and Boosters both went smoothly. Mics back in booth, T1 equipment broken down. The shutdown playlist overrode the pause cue in T2 during the Q&A portion. I caught it immediately and brought lights back down and mics back on. This happened before the director took the stage so the Q&A itself went smoothly.

Also small FYI, the mic stands needed for Spoons need to be the ones with the larger microphone holders to fit the wireless mics. Had to get one of those from T3. 

**Mixer cabling in T1 might need slight tidying.** Can do Friday.

Double-checked cue sheets at end of the night but would recommend one more once-over.

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
