Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I reached out to John about a Film Feast slide for tomorrow. He'll get us one, but for now, the NH logo slide is in the playlist.

There is in fact a 4.8 volume cue so I added that to the appropriate shorts in the NoBudge playlist. For the 1.90 short (there's only one), we'll just play it with the 1.85 lens channel and 1.85 masking. Looks fine that way.

The Mario school screening was scheduled in T1 for today; this isn't until Friday. I moved it.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Ran loops for Ladies of Leisure tonight. Checked over the playlist, too, it's all set.

McKegg and I set up the turntables for the DJ set before tonight's Precode Parade screening. I also put the table out for Trivia.

The Jurassic Park private event in T5 went fine. They ended up wanting Spanish subtitles for the film so I used the blu-ray. I saved the DCP we made, though. Seems a likely future pick.

A reminder to use the HDMI switcher in Theater 1 to change between cable and stage sources, please don't move the Ethernet or HDMI cables around. The sources on the switcher had been reversed so when I went to hook up the laptop for the tech rental in Theater 1, nothing came on screen until I set the switcher to the cable input. It's on top of the audio processor on the rack, you simply press the "Switch" button to change between the two sources. Other than that, this tech went fine. I put all the Ethernet and HDMI cables back to where they should be afterward.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Monos was delivered via Deluxe and it is ingested and added to the playlist.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Teched Richard Pryor and Ferris Bueller and updated the playlists.

Ran a reel of Ladies of Leisure for Cristina and set the volume. Noted it on the card and added a cue to the playlist.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Trees TVs--After noticing over the weekend that the Sony TV was having the same issue it was having before it was taken for repair, I tried putting in a new cable which didn't resolve it. I connected to a different video input on the TV which is stable for now, however. I'll keep an eye on this as I already tried switching the input--it was stable for a little while, then the issue started happening again. So this is the third and final option. I also used a longer cable to connect to the back of the RCA TV.

Oiled the intermittent, upper, and lower sprocket rollers in T1's P2.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Cue sheets and automation for next week are mostly set. Madalorian and Grogu timing needs to be filled out and automated. 

Added Pryor/Bueller to tomorrow's cue sheet

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
