Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Noticed that the Be Gay Do Crime trailer was too loud at 4.0, so I adjusted all playlists with this trailer. Follow That Bird playlist built.  - L

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Double checked Arrival and Communion for this evening. Added a mic and stand in T3 for the intro. Adjusted Arrival on the LMS ever so slightly. Also, FYI - try to not use a bunch of the 1min 'welcome' slides, just use a preshow element and add in the 5min welcome slide so it's a little more presentable. - L

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested the short for the Fabulous Stains. Ripped the BluRay and started DCPing the feature in T1. Also, Beverly Hills Troop finished to the George Ivan drive today. Fab Stains is transcoding to the same drive, so keep it in there for now. Thanks! - L

Palestine 36 is downloading to the desktop. Lots of files so it's going to take a while. This is for a brunch screening in July. -AL

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Printed out labels the labels we received from Katie and scheduled a pickup for Mission Impossible 2, which will get picked up via fedex Ground (their preference) tomorrow. - L

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Put new filters in all the Christie projectors and cleaned the radiator filters in all the 2215s. All projectors have been refilled with coolant, as well. -AL

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Added Follow That Bird credits info for the weekend. - L

Marquee updated?: Took down Mortal Kombat, Project Hail Mary and The Drama and put up Backrooms.  - L

Posters updated?: New posters up in lobby and Toy Story moved outside with a coming soon banner. Need to adjust a bit more.

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday). To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Do the Right Thing screening in theater 1 went very smoothly Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for The Warriors Outgoing/Shipping (content): Contacted DHL and brought  Do the Right Thing downstairs for it to be picked up tomorrow + removed Deep Blue Sea content from the LMS/theater 3 Print/video Inspection: Tech'd Deep Blue Sea in theater 3 this morning (mostly for a laugh) and the 5.5 volume setting is perfect + re-inspected  Do the Right Thing  after the show and cleaned the projectors/shut the exhausts Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed the outgoing brunch titles and replaced them with letters for Pavements Posters updated?: Cleaning lights on for the night?: Projection cart by entrance?: Additional Not...
