To do this evening/ was completed: John will be snagging the drive with the prores of State Your Name from the filmmaker tomorrow, so we can start DCPing it in the afternoon. This will be the last playlist we need to make for 7/10.

Put the World Cup on in trees. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: The playlist for All the President's Men has been checked, so has Rozz Williams for tomorrow. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: We have a marquee rental for tomorrow, starting noon until late. This is for a friend of Matthew's. Projection has been cc'd in the email. Everything was pretty soaked today, but the weather is looking a lot better tomorrow, so it should be easier to put up in the morning. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Sent us the keys again for Booster and ingested them to the LMS, so we're all updated for tomorrow.

We received a screener for The Wrong Girls, which I ingested to the LMS. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Ran loops and slightly adjusted the lenses/plates in T 1 for All the President's Men this evening. Please remember to turn on the lamps 10 mins before the actual show so they can reach max brightness. 

Changed the lamp in T4 and ran all necessary checks. Nice and bright in there. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Double checked cues and LMS.

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. To do this evening/ was completed: I will be out tomorrow as I'm still recovering from a bad cold and need another day to rest. I will have notes via email tomorrow. I will also be joining the cinema meeting and will be remoting in from home. I reached out to Rebecca again and cc'd Lauren and Ian who will be here during the early hours tomorrow so that they know I'm out in case they walkie and can contact me via phone/email. If Jack is able to come in a little earlier, I'll let management know. I let management know about the iPad (per Jack's blog) which I'm running the updates on right now and had hoped would be done soon but they're still going so I let them know to use the Spotify app in the meantime if Soundtrack doesn't work, but it should.  The print of It's Alive  went down well (if you don't count the lad that threw up in the theatre and then right outside the door). NPP Projection Report 11/23 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately.
