To do this evening/ was completed: Staff Screenings are out on 7Shits, playlists built and scheduled on the LMS, blocked on the calendar. - L

Lotta first runs opening up this week. We're all set. I hunted down the keys for Tony today, which we received shortly after. Bottle Rocket keys haven't opened up yet - I'll tech this Friday. Onda I'll take a look at tomorrow since work was goin' on in T4 today. - LH

Special Events/ AV set up: Changed the lenses and plates and ran loops for Belly. - LH

Ran a loop in T4 and cleaned the projector. Odyssey is threaded for the one show tonight. -AL

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received the content for the drag performance for Bound. Downloaded and DCP'd everything. All performance bits have been ingested to the LMS and T2, we're just waiting on the video from Jennifer Tilly. - LH

Ingested DCP feature of The Dagger of Kamui, ingested the DCP of Top Gun - LH

For the rest of this week we're waiting on Blind Fury and The Fan (both are Sony, so they'll come in a lil last min)- L

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Heat Lightning got picked up. Waiting on labels for Beavis - LH

Print/video Inspection:

Maintenance/cleaning: I sanded the mark on the bottom T4 roller that had been dug in by the film when it wasn't spinning. It isn't perfect but it's better than before, still not really a risk to the film. -AL

Changed a ceiling bulb in T7 -AL

I ran a new ethernet cable for the T4 PIB. When the Christie reads as "unreachable" on Screenwriter reseating that cable resolves that, so I replaced it hoping that this won't be an issue any longer. -AL

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. NPP Projection Report 11/23 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. I checked the scope blu-ray projector channel in Theater 1 and it's good to go should we need to screen the blu-ray. I started the DCP of Death Race 2000 on the T1 Mac. NPP Projection Close 9/6

To do this evening/ was completed: Built more SE playlists: Godfather III, Triplets of Belville, Tropic Thunder (SAT), Mimic, Sundays on Fire, Thelma and Louise.  Made a DCP of Ramona Slick's song for the Thelma show. I couldn't locate the Curtain Call/Breakdown DCP Alec made when searching for "curtain call", so I went through the transfer history and saw that it had been ingested. Nevertheless when I searched for it it wouldn't appear. So I dragged into the Share folder and didn't receive any message about the file already existing there. Re-ingested. Went to inspect Vicious Lips but it turns out that we were sent a different print inside of cans labeled "Vicious Lips". The print is a movie called The Vampire Lovers. I looked at the first two reels while I watched Vampire Lovers on Dailymotion and it's for sure the same film. Emailed Cristina. Rain continued on this evening so I was not able to change the marquee back on the brunch side. I did...
