To do this evening/ was completed: Alec is coming over from WB with Blind Fury and The Fan since they were incorrectly delivered there. We will need to prioritize inspection of Blind Fury since this screens Monday!

Handed out 2 listening devices for the matinee of Tony in T2. They're all the way at the top right corner where the walkers are. Show ends 6:30. 

School screening in T1 went super well this morning. 

Ran the screener of Never Dark for the programmers in T3. 

Staff Screenings went off just fine. 

Presentation Issues: No issues. 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built all new first run playlists for the week of 8/21. Built half of the new SE shows, but we're waiting on some content for the others. Reached out to John for the film feast slide, which he's sorting out with Conrad this evening. 

Reached out to Cristina for the other slides we need (Crash/Escape from LA)

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Bottle Rocket/Onda Nova all set for this weekend. Playlists and cue sheets.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested the following: 
New trailers, forecasts, Anime_V1 40min, 20min, 10min preshow. 
She Wants Revenge preshow
DCP'd the slide the Blind Fury. 
Transferred Dagger of Kamui to T4. 

Ingested the feature Is God Is to the LMS. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Packed up Citizen Ruth, printed out labels and got it shipped back out to Paramount this morning. 

Print/video Inspection: Desmond and I tech'd the Bound content (intro, tips, performance pieces and spots/wash settings for the show). I'll go ahead and build out this playlist once the feature content arrives. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. Updated today. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Cleaned the platter and projector in T4. Swapped out the lens for Scope. Loop run. Threaded up for the first Odyssey show. Will is all set.  

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes

Marquee updated?: Updated it yesterday. We're all set.

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. NPP Projection Report 11/23 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. I checked the scope blu-ray projector channel in Theater 1 and it's good to go should we need to screen the blu-ray. I started the DCP of Death Race 2000 on the T1 Mac. NPP Projection Close 9/6

To do this evening/ was completed: Built more SE playlists: Godfather III, Triplets of Belville, Tropic Thunder (SAT), Mimic, Sundays on Fire, Thelma and Louise.  Made a DCP of Ramona Slick's song for the Thelma show. I couldn't locate the Curtain Call/Breakdown DCP Alec made when searching for "curtain call", so I went through the transfer history and saw that it had been ingested. Nevertheless when I searched for it it wouldn't appear. So I dragged into the Share folder and didn't receive any message about the file already existing there. Re-ingested. Went to inspect Vicious Lips but it turns out that we were sent a different print inside of cans labeled "Vicious Lips". The print is a movie called The Vampire Lovers. I looked at the first two reels while I watched Vampire Lovers on Dailymotion and it's for sure the same film. Emailed Cristina. Rain continued on this evening so I was not able to change the marquee back on the brunch side. I did...
