To do this evening/ was completed: Friendly reminder that we will have to do a post screening report for tonight's Blind Fury, and for The Fan too. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Finished building a bunch of SE playlists, though heads up - we are still waiting on the slide for Trees Lounge. We have the feature and it's already been techd, we just need the slide and we're good to go. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Went over the playlist for Blind Fury tonight. Trailer volume is good, slide is good. Ran loops and changed the lenses. All focused and ready for the show. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received the slides for Escape From LA, Crash and Film Feast. DCP'd and ingested all of em. 

Re-ingested Cat Video Fest to the LMS. 

Ingested Bound to the LMS. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Got both boxes of First Strike shipped out today. 

Print/video Inspection: 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. Updated and added all September titles today. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Cleaned the projectors and platter. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes

Marquee updated?: Yes. Since we're showing Blind Fury tonight, I took it off the marquee, moved the other two titles up and then added Crash. Took down Bottle Rocket and Onda Nova from the brunch side and added Is God Is and Cat Video Fest.

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. NPP Projection Report 11/23 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. I checked the scope blu-ray projector channel in Theater 1 and it's good to go should we need to screen the blu-ray. I started the DCP of Death Race 2000 on the T1 Mac. NPP Projection Close 9/6

To do this evening/ was completed: Built more SE playlists: Godfather III, Triplets of Belville, Tropic Thunder (SAT), Mimic, Sundays on Fire, Thelma and Louise.  Made a DCP of Ramona Slick's song for the Thelma show. I couldn't locate the Curtain Call/Breakdown DCP Alec made when searching for "curtain call", so I went through the transfer history and saw that it had been ingested. Nevertheless when I searched for it it wouldn't appear. So I dragged into the Share folder and didn't receive any message about the file already existing there. Re-ingested. Went to inspect Vicious Lips but it turns out that we were sent a different print inside of cans labeled "Vicious Lips". The print is a movie called The Vampire Lovers. I looked at the first two reels while I watched Vampire Lovers on Dailymotion and it's for sure the same film. Emailed Cristina. Rain continued on this evening so I was not able to change the marquee back on the brunch side. I did...
