To do this evening/ was completed: FYI - Booth is ever so slightly restructured right now so that it's easier for the folks working on the wifi. They'll likley be coming in all week, in the morning. 

Please do NOT delete The Invite feature content from the LMS! Thank you. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: 

Checked the playlist for tonights show of Secrets n Lies. We're all set. 

Built the playlist for The Three Amigos. We still need keys. They'll come in tomorrow!

Tech'd the playlist for The Room and adjusted volume/added a lens & masking cue for it since it's 1.78. 

Ingested Do the Right Thing to T6 and tech'd it. We're waiting on the hosts' slide, then I'll build out the playlist. It'll be a slide and spotify playlist the latter of which we already have a link to. I reached out to Chenelle for the slide. We still have plenty of time. 

Slide for Audre Lorde comes in tomorrow, Desmond confirmed. I checked out the DCP today and it looks/sounds great. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up and tested the microphone in T3. Please remember the spots. Thanks! 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received the file from Desmond for Gridlocked, which I'm currently DCPing in 4/6. It will finish to the preshows/trailers drive and should be done around 9pm tonight. 

Ingested the April Sizzle (Mubi). 

Downloading the DCP of Wild Inside to the preshows/trailers drive in 4/6 via media shuttle/signiant app. Please do not close. 

Ingested the feature content for It Ends to the LMS. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Packed up Harriet the Spy and Escape from LA since we got the labels sent over. Pickup is scheduled for tomorrow. Both prints are down on the cart. 

Print/video Inspection: Listed above. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Ran a loop for the platter this evening - only one 35mm show. Projector is all set! lens/port glass cleaned. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. 

Marquee updated?: Yes

Posters updated?: Yes

The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Projection Admin 3/30

To do this evening/ was completed: School Screening in T3 went very well this morning, started it up early, but just a friendly reminder - if you tech something the night before its show date (let alone first thing in morning), at the very least please log volume and/or build a playlist. I was in early so it wasn't much of an issue, but it helps to have this sorted beforehand. Also, special screener of The Drama for Jared and Lauren went just fine, too. Feature seems kind of low, volume wise, but once it opens up in other screening rooms this week, I'll take another look and adjust as needed. - LH Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Revelations of Divine Love . Tech'd Stranger by the Lake and noticed it wasn't scheduled on the LMS yet, so I scheduled it and transferred preshow content and the feature to T2.
