NPP Projection Admin 9/28 Lillian & Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Chenelle emailed me back today about the private event on 10/8, which she does not have word on for content just yet, but she'll let us know when she does!
For another potential private event, I sent Chenelle info regarding ADA and asked a few q's. 

Presentation Issues: 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Lengthened the pre-show for Zeism: The Brooklyn Knight (this matches the cue sheets and the timing of the intro per John's Google doc)

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Tech'd the updated playlist for Zeism... in theater 2 this morning + ingested recently uploaded content for NewFest to the LMS

Tech'd and updated the show playlists for Dear Mama and Welcome Space Brothers for their screenings on Wednesday

Set up the turntables for the post-Zeism...event at Trees; reached out to Ariel about his involvement and he will be on site to set up his equipment prior to the film's end so I have left the wires and tablecloth out for him in the meantime!

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Paper Tiger posters were delivered and stored behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content): Prints for Little Shop of Horrors and Urgh! A Music War were delivered this afternoon and brought to booth 1

Downloaded, converted, and ingested slides for Attack the Block, Little Shop of Horrors, Scooby-Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed, and Edie Arnold is a Loser
Ingested The Color of Money to the LMS

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Reached out for labels for Perfume, which is now on the cart, ready to get picked up. It'll get picked up tomorrow! I scheduled a ground pickup. We're still waiting to hear back if we can ship Forbidden Planet with Ground shipping. John is checking in on this for us! Update: Ground is fine! Forbidden Planet will also be going out tomorrow...everything is ready on the cart.

The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. To do this evening/ was completed: Big day for teching. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent a new QR code clip which I tech'd volume for and added to all the 9/18 and SE playlists we have. The volume (3.8) has been noted on the white board. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
