Projection Admin 9/24



To do this evening/ was completed: Rachel from NewFest reached out to let us know that DCPs were comin' in this morning. I ingest all 8 available short films to the LMS including one feature Corpus. You can keep scanning the folder every now and again to see what's come through. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Friendly reminder that we are keeping preshow lights during the trailers until the feature presentation clip! 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Sent our certs for T1 to the Edie Arnold folks. 

In a thread with the Brooklyn Dream folks. Should be getting a prores soon. 

Reached out to Chenelle for more info regarding the private event on 10/8. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): The keys for Juice will not open up until tomorrow morning. 

Digger 5 min preshow ingested. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Got rid of Zoolander, Camp Miasma, Odyssey, Tony. Paw Patrol already deleted. 

Print/video Inspection: Ran loops for Perfume tonight. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added new titles for October and updated the sheet.

The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. To do this evening/ was completed: Big day for teching. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent a new QR code clip which I tech'd volume for and added to all the 9/18 and SE playlists we have. The volume (3.8) has been noted on the white board. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
