Special Events/ AV set up: The moderator for the College Boys Live Q&A has covid, so he’ll just be giving an intro via Zoom now. I set up the laptop connection from the stage. It’s connected to the monitor in the booth as well so the intro can be monitored from the booth. I generated a 15-minute HDMI CPL and added it to the playlist for tomorrow night.

I brought the Digibeta player over yesterday but the S-video cable is now in use at Williamsburg and we don’t have another one. I’ve asked Gerard to order a new one with one-day shipping so we can look at the Punk tape before this weekend.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): One False Move and I Know What You Did Last Summer prints arrived today. 

Ingested new keys for Lightyear and Top Gun.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected Hellraiser II, it’s ready to go back.

Finished inspecting Wild Wild West. It’s in very good shape.

Inspected the One False Move print, it’s a bit beat up at points, there are a few sections with fairly heavy scratching, and the first reel is on different stock than the others and it’s colors are slightly faded.

Inspected the first three reels of I Know What You Did Last Summer. It’s in good condition, though there are base scratches throughout.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added info for Thor: Love and Thunder, it’s pending on Deluxe.

Updated entries for prints that have arrived/been inspected.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
