To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built/scheduled pre-show playlists for Good Burger (one with and one without the intro slide) and Malcolm X and show playlists for Escape from New York, Do the Right Thing, and Paprika

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The mixer and extra microphone used last night in theater 4 were placed behind the curtain in theater 2 for tonight's event 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Additional Bullet Train posters arrived and were stored behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content):

Outgoing/Shipping (content): DHL came by this afternoon (closer to 3:30PM) to pick up the extra Crooklyn print

Print/video Inspection: Finished re-inspecting Lilya-4-Ever and packaged it for return shipping but did not print return labels as it is being sent to another venue to be screened; continued inspecting Malcolm X and uploaded photos of the print from reels 2-6 to the shared drive

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):

Marquee updated?: Dirty Dancing had not been changed so I took those letters down and added Malcolm X since the other special event titles prior to it have already sold a fair amount of tickets

Posters updated?: Placed a Bodies Bodies Bodies one sheet in the lobby and moved Super-Pets back behind 3/7 until it goes on display outside tomorrow morning

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
