Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled a Raiders of the Lost Ark show playlist after the content finished ingesting to theater 1 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Do the Right Thing Film Feast event in theater 3 went smoothly despite some microphone trouble during the intro (there was some "crunchy" feedback over the speakers that could be heard whenever anyone spoke -- I checked levels on the mixer as this was happening and everything was balanced so I am not sure what caused it)

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting Jungle Fever; the print is lightly/moderately scratched throughout but is in presentable shape and will be checked with a member of the cinema team later in the week (also emailed Conrad after uploading some photos of the print to the shared drive)

Chenelle brought by a blu-ray copy of White of the Eye for a private event on 8/9; this was tested (sans volume) and format details/credit offset information were noted

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. I checked the scope blu-ray projector channel in Theater 1 and it's good to go should we need to screen the blu-ray. I started the DCP of Death Race 2000 on the T1 Mac. To do this evening/ was completed: Big day for teching. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent a new QR code clip which I tech'd volume for and added to all the 9/18 and SE playlists we have. The volume (3.8) has been noted on the white board. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
