Projection Close 10/13

To do this evening/ was completed: Brooklyn Horror Fest kicked off today in T2. It went super well. Huge crowd for Nocebo this evening, which was really lovely to see. The Spotify playlist was great and the transition from Non Synch to D1 was fine. We started a little late since a gentleman who needed wheelchair access showed up when we already had folks in the removable seats. He preferred to sit in one of ours instead. So I know we have our ADA seats listed on our website that patrons can chose when buying tickets, and I understand that patrons can purchase those tickets even if they don't require ADA. Since it is never, ever the fault of a patron with a disability for having us stall a show, might it be more sensible for us to have a feature on the website that, when you go to confirm a purchase (after choosing an ADA seat), it will ask you to confirm whether or not you specifically require ADA access? That way we would know for sure, can plan in advance and patrons can still buy those tickets regardless of whether or not they need that seat.

Presentation Issues: The title display by the bar at the entrance did not initially update the showtimes, but I power cycled the comp and it was fine. Nocebo was the only film not on display.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I downloaded and ingested the new keys for Bros.

Maintenance/cleaning: Our Grainger belts should be arriving this upcoming Monday. I only bought a few to test before purchasing more.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): I adjusted the cue sheets for the NewFest screenings as their preshow, lights down, and start times are different and I wanted these to reflect their memos. I'll be taking a look at credits tomorrow morning so I can get the proper code and continue to adjust accordingly. Three Tidy Tigers' credits are at 1:30:00, but it looks like the house lights come up at 1:21:00 in the playlist?
