NPP Projection Admin 8/10



To do this evening/ was completed: Talk to Me keys uploaded. Set up mic and mixer in T6 for All That Jazz intro. Updated the feature volume to 6.0.

Staff Red Eye playlist and another scope feature playlist I'm blanking on right now had the scope show end cue scheduled where the scope Lens/Mask cue should've been. Those cues are right next to each other when you search for them in playlist builder, which makes it pretty easy to select the wrong one. Just a heads up.

Red Eye start time was listed at 40 minutes into showtime instead of 35 on the cue sheet. Just a reminder that special events feature content almost always starts at 35 min into playlist. Bumped volume to 5.5 in playlist.

T3 IMB went down twice today. It was down when I got in at 10, power-cycled the projector, all green afterward, but went down again about 30-60 min later. Alec came by, re-situated the IMB which seemed to resolve the issue--projector stayed green with no issues.

Reviewed the entirety of the cue sheets with Carly--all good, only a few minor adjustments. Blue Beetle and Viva info will come when we get the content.

T1 swept and mopped.

Oppenheimer round one threaded, after projector and platter apparatus cleaned.

Took down Hollywood Shuffle letters, put up Lethal Weapon 4. 

All set on content for the week--unable to tech Material Issues due to T3 being down in the morning--can happen tomorrow.

Round 1 T5 and Round 3 T7 were scheduled as OCAP in the weekly schedule PDF. However, after checking the Nitehawk website, both of those screenings did not have OCAP listed, so I rescheduled them in TMS--neither screening will be OCAP today.

NPP Projection Report 11/23 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
