NPP Projection Close 8/10

To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: MOD radioed during the final round of Oppenheimer in T4, said the volume was too loud; turned it down to 6.0 on the 500 and 750 which resolved this issue

Preshow Clips/Playlist:

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: All That Jazz private screening in T6 and Red Eye in T2 this evening went smoothly (6.0 was not nearly loud enough for All That Jazz and ended up turning it to 8.0); the blu-ray was returned to the host after the show in T6

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Blue Beetle and It Lives Inside feature content was ingested to the TMS (we still need the 5 minute Blue Beetle pre-show and have the generic comics pre-show uploaded to the shared drive again so the playlists have yet to be built)

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Took and added some photos of Lethal Weapon 4 to the shared drive and tagged Conrad and Desmond

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked these against the website and TMS schedule and everything is accurate

Marquee updated?: Letters were left out on the workbench (these were placed back into their respective slots in the cubby behind 3/7)

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

Additional Notes: DCPIII drive was left connected to T3 and was brought back up to 4/6

NPP Projection Report 11/23 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. I checked the scope blu-ray projector channel in Theater 1 and it's good to go should we need to screen the blu-ray. I started the DCP of Death Race 2000 on the T1 Mac. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
