To do this evening/ was completed: Had to reset the fire alarm in each booth today. Ran through the cues. We're all good. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Reached out to Kat about the American Fiction preshow content and they're teching it today, so once everything is good, she'll move it to the dcp files to load section and we can go ahead and get that ingested. 

Built a playlist that can be used for both Elf private screenings this week. I scheduled them on the TMS. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: I set up the audio connection in T6 for the Spotify playlist in T6 tonight (Boy and the Heron private event!). The rca cable is plugged into the back of the processor and connected to the rack computer. The playlist has been tested. 3.5 sounded good for a preshow volume since folks will want to converse beforehand, but feel free to bring it up if they ask! I left the Event Memo and playlist up on the comp so it's ready to go. All you have to do is switch to Non Synch and press play! 

Checked in with Chenelle today about upcoming events. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received American Fiction, Madame and Anyone But You

Ordering/Receiving (content): Deluxe portal says that the keys for Iron Claw should arrive tomorrow, despite the fact that we don't have the feature yet. Update: I reached out to Deluxe and they said it should arrive sometime this evening or tomorrow! If it comes in this evening, you can get a start on the playlist for it. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Hudsucker has been brought down to the kitchen area. Reminder - this is getting picked up Tuesday. 

Also shipping out the Maniac Cop 2 DCP back to CA. This will get picked up tomorrow, too! 

Print/video Inspection:

Maintenance/cleaning: Will cleaned the T1 booth and cleaned the projectors!

I ran film in T4 this morning. I reset tension in the gate - only thing that seemed off and random was the actual film trap was loose and nearly came out when I first tried to see how tight it was. I think the head leader on that reel of Hudsucker was just too short and fragile enough that when the film started running it was easier for it to snap since our test film was just fine. The tension of the plates/pads are normal. 

Fixed the cable in T1. No drooping now. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked the cue sheets for today. Both the SE and private are good to go. 

Marquee updated?: Will added It's a Wonderful Life to the marquee and took down previous brunch letters. 

Posters updated?: Will is sorting the posters. 

Cleaning lights on for the night?:

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

Additional Notes: Will made the rounds and noticed that two of the drapes in T2 got taken down. He put them back up immediately before round 1. Our assumption is that some construction workers forgot to put em back up.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
