To do this evening/ was completed: John came in this morning to snag Toy Story 2. 

Deleted a bunch of content off the TMS/individual servers to clean things up a bit. 

Zone of Interest 15min preshow content has been successfully redownloaded and ingested. 

Tech'd Zone and Mean Girls 2 - preshow content and features. Mean Girls 2 has a brief, opening intro from Tina Fey that's significantly louder than the feature, so I adjusted the playlists to bring up the volume after her intro. 

Presentation Issues: Remember to keep an eye on T4 so that the dowser's open when it needs to be. 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist(s) for The Zone of Interest, Sundays on Fire. 

Received the slides for Beautician and the Beast/Live Wire. DCP'd both of these. Ingested to the TMS. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received and ingested new keys for Iron Claw and Angel Heart. 

Received DCP of Midnight Run. This has been ingested to the TMS. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Hi, Mom! is outbound to P3. Will get picked up tomorrow morning. 

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning: Saw in T1 that those two pesky cables for the spot lights were drooping down again o the left side, so I recoiled them properly and fixed the taped bit. Loads more stable now. Shouldn't have any issues. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Since Zone of Interest is subtitled but does not have an OCAP file, I took 'OCAP' off the cue sheets. Offset info for Mean Girls 2, Zone of Interest, Cemetery Man, Angel Heart have been added in. Will get SOF/ Mean Streets tomorrow.

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. NPP Projection Report 11/23 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Kat will be making a DCP of Guardians of the Galaxy tomorrow for the private event in T1 on Tuesday morning. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. I checked the scope blu-ray projector channel in Theater 1 and it's good to go should we need to screen the blu-ray. I started the DCP of Death Race 2000 on the T1 Mac. NPP Projection Close 9/6

To do this evening/ was completed: Built more SE playlists: Godfather III, Triplets of Belville, Tropic Thunder (SAT), Mimic, Sundays on Fire, Thelma and Louise.  Made a DCP of Ramona Slick's song for the Thelma show. I couldn't locate the Curtain Call/Breakdown DCP Alec made when searching for "curtain call", so I went through the transfer history and saw that it had been ingested. Nevertheless when I searched for it it wouldn't appear. So I dragged into the Share folder and didn't receive any message about the file already existing there. Re-ingested. Went to inspect Vicious Lips but it turns out that we were sent a different print inside of cans labeled "Vicious Lips". The print is a movie called The Vampire Lovers. I looked at the first two reels while I watched Vampire Lovers on Dailymotion and it's for sure the same film. Emailed Cristina. Rain continued on this evening so I was not able to change the marquee back on the brunch side. I did...
