To do this evening/ was completed: Had our cinema meeting this morning and we're all set on content for this week, which is great.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Staff screenings have been emailed out, playlists are built and scheduled on the TMS, calendar is blocked. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Took a seat out in T5 for second round Despicable Me. Please put this back at the end of the film! Thanks! Screws on the table. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received posters for My Old Ass

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received and ingested Alien: Romulus, 7.1s are in, 5.1s are out. 

Reached out to Deluxe for an eta on the KDM for Existenz. Update: keys will come in some time tomorrow. 

Received Crooklyn, brought down to T1 for inspection. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Started inspecting Crooklyn. Half the print is finished and the image looks lovely. Those 90s kodak prints, man...feel free to continue inspection tonight! 

Got the Lipstick trailer out for Cristina (we'll have this play with Angel and can tech it with the print on Friday morn). 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Changed the lenses/plates for Magnolia this evening. Ran loops and adjusted the tape. We're all set! 
Not sure when this happened, but I found the T1 sliding rack keyboard was on a harsh tilt this morn. It's kind of flimsy to begin with, but one of the screws on the right side (left, if you're behind the rack) had fallen out. I actually found the screw as it was still nestled in that area, and tried to put it back in, but it was too short (hence the falling out). I found a slightly longer screw that did the trick. All upright now. 

Tiny bulbs from Amazon came in. They're on the desk.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
