To do this evening/ was completed: Alien: Romulus looks and sounds fantastic. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent over a new 15min preshow for Trap, which I added to all playlists and got rid of the previous version. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Noticed that the keys for South Park will expire before its last screening this Sunday (there must've been a wee mistake there) so I reached out to Deluxe for an extension. Update: got the new keys!

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Re-inspected Crooklyn, got it packed up and emailed DHL to schedule a pickup. Waiting on a response. 

Print/video Inspection: See above. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Put the rest of Mononoke onto house reels heads out. 
Put Detroit Rock City onto house reels. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):

Marquee updated?: Took down Despicable Me 4, added Alien Romulus. For the 35mm side, I took down two titles and added Princess Mononoke and Detroit Rock City whilst moving Superstar to the top. 

Posters updated?: Had a great amount of difficulty getting the poster door for Alien to open, but Juan helped me out and we managed to fix it up a bit. Added the 'now showing' banner.  Took down Despicable Me 4 and added Cukoo with 'coming soon.' We'll adjust more tomorrow for Cuckoo/ My Penguin Friend.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
