To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: Had to quickly change lens/masking settings for the feature during the screening in theater 3 since these were missing from the event show playlist (both shorts were 1.78 and the feature was 1.85)

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a Madam Satan pre-show playlist for 9/10 but did not add a volume cue for the feature as the print still needs to be QC'd

Added show playlists for Afraid to the TMS over the weekend to correspond with the updated schedule Matthew sent out earlier today

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up for trivia at Trees Lounge + returned the HDMI adapter that was left in the 4/6 booth to the A/V bin

Brought down chairs and camera for the shorts screening and Q&A in theater 3 (Jack set up mics earlier this afternoon) -- update: the filmmakers did not want the Q&A recorded

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Cry Baby print was delivered and brought up to booth 1

A guest/associate of Cristina's at the Pomp & Circumstance screening brought a hard drive with a short and feature on it (Triangular Door and Spirit Riser) that will be played in a few weeks in theater 3...these were ingested to the TMS and transferred to theater 3

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Checked the Home Alone DCP ahead of the private event this morning, no issues. The party was a bit late seating, so the movie start was a little bit delayed. Overall it ran smoothly. Chenelle will get the blu-ray sent over here for us to have as backup. I set up the blu-ray player so it's connected to both the monitor and the projector, in case we end up needing to use the blu-ray. I sent Lillian and McKegg an email about this separately. Projection Admin 9/18

To do this evening/ was completed: Big day for teching. Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat sent a new QR code clip which I tech'd volume for and added to all the 9/18 and SE playlists we have. The volume (3.8) has been noted on the white board. Projection Admin 9/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Our Network has been updated. Nick from DMS came in to drop off the relay mechanism and take a look at 3/7 before his install visit next week. I showed him in and around the space and he checked in with the WiFi guys. He also liased with Chris whilst scoping out the existing relay system in in 3/7.  It is still somewhat of a wreck in the 46 booth (cables and boxes that, to my knowledge, need to be thrown out, but I asked if they were going to clean up/what needs to be cleared out and I didn't get a proper response in both English and when I asked in Spanish lol so apparently someone might be coming round to finish that up tomorrow. If we don't, we can call Juan and double check. I did tidy things up though, so at least it's not absolute chaos in here.  Once the Network was up and properly running, I tested out theatres 4 and 6 to see if anything needed to be rebooted and lo n behold, only the dimmer panels needed to be rebooted in all the...
