To do this evening/ was completed: Caught up on a few notes for NewFest in our main thread. So far, so good. We'll be sure to take a look at the new DCP of When The Lights Come On this Monday. I sent the content to T1!

Presentation Issues: Note: 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I checked the playlists for Piece By Piece again (no issues today) I think doing that editing in all those servers yesterday seemed to have done the trick, but I'll keep investigating this. 

Double checked the NewFest playlists for tomorrow. We're all set. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Brought the mics up from T1 to charge. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded the Betty Boop feature content. I started on the DCP, which is finishing to the preshows/trailers drive and will be ready for ingest tomorrow. Note: It's not all 1.37, it's got some 1.78 in there, so that's what the file will say. 

Downloaded the opener video for the cartoons to the desktop. We can DCP this tomorrow. It's under  Fleischer Opener_October2024 

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting The Bad Seed. In decent shape, as Jack said, but Rebecca Lyon gave me a heads up that the sound is a little crunchy throughout the film due to damage in the soundtrack area (it should still sound perfectly enjoyable, but something to be mindful of). We'll find out more when we tech it.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
