To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Playlists for Legend of Ochi, The Shrouds, Pride and Prejudice, Marie Antoinette, Re-Animator, and Babe still need to be built

I started making DCPs of the slides for Marie Antoinette. I labeled them SLIDE_MarieAntoinette_[Order #]_Performer/Info to try to make it as uniform and easy as possible. I made the intro slide, Malice, and Mauve's slides. Breakdown and curtain call still need to be done and we're waiting on 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Not so much an NPP thing, but continuing some NWB work, I started the edit of Eras for the private event there Friday. Made the cuts, now I just gotta cobble it all together, smooth out the transitions, and export it. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Started ingesting The Legend of Ochi onto the LMS

Keys for Wedding Banquet, Death of a Unicorn, and Sinners uploaded

Ingested Marie Antoinette. We also received The Accountant 2, though can't find any evidence we'll actually be playing this.

Checked the Deluxe portal and we'll be getting keys for Children of Men on Thursday morning.

Reached out to Universal for tracking info for Waterworld

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Checked Miracle Mile for tonight and updated the playlist. Loud logos so I put a second volume cue 50 seconds in for the actual film.

We looked at Superbad, all set for tomorrow.

I printed new 35mm info cards, make sure you have it scaled to 100% when you print! Also, I'd recommend just printing one at first then copying it.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: 

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Cue sheets for next week are filled out with the exception of many of the events like Marie Antoinette, Re-Animator, and Babe. 

Most of automation has been set for next week, but with the missing playlists it needs to be fully filled in. 

Entered timing for Miracle Mile, Superbad, and La Dolce Vita

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Close 5/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added a feature volume cue to the pre-show playlist for Postcards from the Edge Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Finished converting all NoBudge45 shorts to DCP Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Fantastic 4 posters were delivered in addition to teaser posters for The Smashing Machine + a box containing two Lilo & Stitch standees was dropped off and can likely be given away at trivia/to whoever wants a life size Stitch in their home and/or eventually thrown away Ordering/Receiving (content): The Bitter Tears of Petra Von Kant print was delivered and brought up to booth 1 this afternoon + downloaded both slides for this film's pre-show and saved them to the 4/6 desktop File elements for the  Alice Junior DCP are downloading to Jack's webpage and should finish later this evening Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Double checked the grease cue marks on reels 3...
