To do this evening/ was completed: All sides of the marquee have been updated. Superhuman private screening went smoothly this morning. - A

Cues in T3 are functioning normally for now. Showed Jack how to manually adjust the lights on the relay board. If cues stop working again, first try to restart the IMS webpage. - A

Alice Jr. DCP files via Dropbox did not download fully, a frequent issue with Dropbox, where it says the download is complete but the file size is in fact incorrect. We're re-downloading the zip file for this DCP, a successful download should be about 94.5 GB. If the download completes and the file size is lower than that then we'll have to figure out another way, or just keep trying until it's successful.

Tech'd The Devil is a Woman, The Accountant 2, Until Dawn, and The Rules of the Game. It looks like the P2 1.37 plate will need to be filed slightly as I was catching just a bit of it at the top of the image in T1 when looking at Rules.

New forecasts downloaded and ingested. Old trailer packs and forecasts removed from servers. A1 5/2 playlists have been built.

Received a print of Batman and Robin, as well as a print of Now and Then, which is meant for Williamsburg. I believe Matthew will be taking this over to WB at some point today.

Also tech'd Home Alone 2, playlist has been made, scheduled in the IMS. Currently not showing up on the LMS schedule for tomorrow just FYI.

Bacurau needs to be looked at this evening.

Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added a feature volume cue to the pre-show playlist for Postcards from the Edge Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Finished converting all NoBudge45 shorts to DCP Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Fantastic 4 posters were delivered in addition to teaser posters for The Smashing Machine + a box containing two Lilo & Stitch standees was dropped off and can likely be given away at trivia/to whoever wants a life size Stitch in their home and/or eventually thrown away Ordering/Receiving (content): The Bitter Tears of Petra Von Kant print was delivered and brought up to booth 1 this afternoon + downloaded both slides for this film's pre-show and saved them to the 4/6 desktop File elements for the  Alice Junior DCP are downloading to Jack's webpage and should finish later this evening Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Double checked the grease cue marks on reels 3...
