Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Feature content for The Shrouds, Pride & Prejudice, and Re-Animator has not yet been made available so these playlists will have to wait to be built 

No pre-show content information for The Legend of Ochi has been added to the trailer lists but I have reached out to Kat to ask about whether or not an all ages pre-show can be used in place of custom content

Built and scheduled the pre-show playlist for Babe on 4/19 (cues can be double checked later on + the trailer for The Emperor's New Groove should be tech'd for volume soon too)
 
Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up for trivia at Trees Lounge

Miracle Mile screening in theater 3 this evening went smoothly

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Fight or Flight posters were delivered and stored behind 3/7

Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded and ingested the remaining "Nostalgia_Ultra_V2" content for the Babe pre-show

Additional Sinners keys were received and uploaded to the LMS

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Close 5/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added a feature volume cue to the pre-show playlist for Postcards from the Edge Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Finished converting all NoBudge45 shorts to DCP Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Fantastic 4 posters were delivered in addition to teaser posters for The Smashing Machine + a box containing two Lilo & Stitch standees was dropped off and can likely be given away at trivia/to whoever wants a life size Stitch in their home and/or eventually thrown away Ordering/Receiving (content): The Bitter Tears of Petra Von Kant print was delivered and brought up to booth 1 this afternoon + downloaded both slides for this film's pre-show and saved them to the 4/6 desktop File elements for the  Alice Junior DCP are downloading to Jack's webpage and should finish later this evening Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Double checked the grease cue marks on reels 3...
