Projection Admin 4/18



To do this evening/ was completed: Tech'd Children of Men and updated info in the playlist and on the cue sheets. I also added in the credits info for Babe to the cue sheets. All set for this weekend. - Lillian 

Tech'd Waterworld, volume logged. Re-inspected Superbad, all packaged up, can reach out to Sony soon to coordinate pickup. 

Brought La Dolce Vita down to 1. All reels are heads out.

Started inspecting Barbershop. First two reels are done.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: All new A1 playlists have been built for the week of 4/25, including every SE show apart from Beware of Mr. Baker (waiting for event memo) and In the Loop (waiting for slide) - Lillian 

Trailer Updates: Ingested new trailers and built all new trailer packs for this next week. - Lillian 

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received the new content from Kat. Downloaded and ingested the new forecasts. We already had the Dance Girl Dance trailer on the LMS. FYI - the new Erotic Thriller preshow (on the drive) is for Williamsburg! - Lillian 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): 

Print/video Inspection: We received two prints this morning - The Abominable Mr. Phibes and Barbershop. Former is in T4/6, latter is in T1. Finished inspecting The Devil is a Woman - Lillian

Marquee updated?: Added Pride and Prejudice, moved Sinners down to the next line so that it looks more even. Took down 4/17 from the 35mm side for La Dolce Vita and kept 4/20

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added a feature volume cue to the pre-show playlist for Postcards from the Edge Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Finished converting all NoBudge45 shorts to DCP Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Fantastic 4 posters were delivered in addition to teaser posters for The Smashing Machine + a box containing two Lilo & Stitch standees was dropped off and can likely be given away at trivia/to whoever wants a life size Stitch in their home and/or eventually thrown away Ordering/Receiving (content): The Bitter Tears of Petra Von Kant print was delivered and brought up to booth 1 this afternoon + downloaded both slides for this film's pre-show and saved them to the 4/6 desktop File elements for the  Alice Junior DCP are downloading to Jack's webpage and should finish later this evening Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Double checked the grease cue marks on reels 3...
