Projection Admin 4/22



To do this evening/ was completed: Built the cue sheets with new formulas (except Thunderbolts info) for the week of 4/25 - 5/1. - Lillian 

LMS scheduled for the coming week with the exception of Thunderbolts. Currently no OCAP Shrouds, so I scheduled the CCAP versions for the listed OCAP screenings, assuming we don't get another DCP.

Ran loops for tonight, all set.

Tech'd all of the Marie Antoinette content, spots, slides, dance number DCPs and the feature. Volume cues have been added to the playlist. We made a DCP for the curtain call song Primadonna with the breakdown slide attached. Instead of playing the song off of a laptop and then transitioning to breakdown slide in the playlist, we're just going to have the dowser closed during the curtain call bow and once that's concluded I'll open the dowser to display the slide while the song continues to play.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: FYI - There's no OCAP shows for The Shrouds as there's no available OCAP DCP on Deluxe. - L

Ordering/Receiving (content): I am currently downloading the DPC of Blues Run the Game via the filemail app on the 4/6 comp. It should be done this evening in a couple of hours. Made the holding slide for that event and ingested it to the LMS. I also have the DCP of Alice Junior downloading to the NWR drive in T1, which can get ingested to T4. - Lillian

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Deleted content we no longer need. Superbad got picked up by Sony today and arranged for DHL to snag both Babe and Waterworld on Thursday morning, giving us ample time to re-inspect Waterworld. - Lillian 

Print/video Inspection: We tech'd Ninja III (which looks so delightfully insane - in a good way!) and logged volume. - Lil

Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Close 5/2

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added a feature volume cue to the pre-show playlist for Postcards from the Edge Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Finished converting all NoBudge45 shorts to DCP Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Fantastic 4 posters were delivered in addition to teaser posters for The Smashing Machine + a box containing two Lilo & Stitch standees was dropped off and can likely be given away at trivia/to whoever wants a life size Stitch in their home and/or eventually thrown away Ordering/Receiving (content): The Bitter Tears of Petra Von Kant print was delivered and brought up to booth 1 this afternoon + downloaded both slides for this film's pre-show and saved them to the 4/6 desktop File elements for the  Alice Junior DCP are downloading to Jack's webpage and should finish later this evening Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Double checked the grease cue marks on reels 3...
