To do this evening/ was completed: Quiet night on our end, all in all. 

Received the film schedule a couple minutes ago, so I will lock in with that tomorrow morning (I'm on admin tomorrow, Alec is at WB!)

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked the playlist for Return of the Living Dead, which played to a happy crowd tonight. 

Got rid of old playlists and old content from over the weekend. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Took a closed captioning device out for T5. Back charging. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Miracle Mile to the LMS. 
Ingested Sunset Boulevard to the LMS. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): 

Print/video Inspection: SOF print came in, brought it down to T1. Inspected the print. In good condition despite some edge damage (particularly in reel 4). Color is great. Report is available, I have a few pics, but since it's SOF, I'll keep em until requested. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Swept and mopped.

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report Friday 1/31 CLOSE Chris

Presentation Issues: -I believe Karen thoroughly covered this in an email but there were serious issues with the CP500 for the 6:20 Lil Women; no sound for the first three minutes and it dropped out again the very moment the 500 was taken off manual. The last foil cues continue to fail to fire. The platter worked fine, tho it is not a graceful competence, double-wrapping the film around the brain in the first fourth of the movie before the motor kicks in. -The Rhythm Section SPL had it's LTS DOWN cue set to fire at the beginning of the 10 count preshow portion, rather than the end when the trailers hit. Fixed that.
