Preshow Clips/Playlist:Quick FYI - spent some time hunting down KDMs for SE shows today, and, the KDM for Gosford Park will come in tomorrow, but doesn't open until the morning of 4/12 (which is the day it screens). It should be active starting at 8am, so on Saturday night, I'll leave a note in the blog for the Sunday opener to tech this first thing in the morning! - Lillian

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Setup for Spoons tonight. Mics/laptop image and sound have all been tested. The Aja, hdmi adapter, and spotlight board are all organized on the table next to the curtain, ready for use. Please just remember to (use Digital 4 on the processor!) and turn on the breakers for the spots before the show along with the front panels of the wireless mic receiver and power switch on the yamaha mixer.  - Lillian 

Lori from the Superhuman Body folks sent us the new KDM, which allowed me to test the DCP's accessibility functions with our listening and closed captioning devices. They have two children in need of those for the next screening. I sent her photos to confirm, too. - Lillian 

We received the DCP of The Wedding Banquet hosted by the NewFest folks. This came through via Deluxe and the KDMs to follow. See Alec's note below.  - Lillian

More KDM info: Sunset Boulevard keys come in tomorrow, 4/11. 

Miracle Mile keys come in on 4/12. 

Fright Night keys are currently on hold, but I'm assuming this will change. I'll check first thing tomorrow morning and will reach out to Jeffrey/Matthew if we have any issues. Also, we are back in our Deluxe account! I've written the new password on the sheet next to the comp, but if you just open up the Google account for the kdm email, you should be automatically in there. - Lillian

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: We still need to finish La Dolce Vita, so feel free to take a crack at that! Superbad should be delivered tomorrow! - Lillian

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Mounted HDMI/ethernet receivers on the wall in Theater 2 booth. Need to set up the new switcher/extractor and connect the receivers to it, will do that tomorrow most likely. We don't have any HDMI needs in T2 for a little bit anyhow.

Chris from DMS fixed the NTP synchronization issue with the IMS's (which has been happening forever), this will automatically sync the clocks on these so we don't need to do it manually.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Added info for Gosford Park but PLEASE see above info as this will still need to be techd! I just so happened to find the matching file on the internet archive. - Lillian 

Marquee updated?: Updated the 35mm side, added Hyenas to the brunch side as well as "Brunch Shows Every Weekend"

Posters updated?: Took the extra Warfare poster down in the lobby and moved Final Destination to that case. Put up Sacramento outside with a coming soon snipe.
