Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built all first run show playlists for next week + transferred the feature content for Redlands and built and transferred its show playlist to theater 3 for its screening on 6/4

Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded and ingested trailers for F1, M3GAN 2, Fantastic 4, and The Bad Guys 2 + transferred the Karate Kid: Legends OCAP show playlist to theater 7 for its final round screening tomorrow night

Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting This Day and Age

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes (double checked all cues for tomorrow and Sunday, cross referenced the schedule on Screenwriter, and noted all overlapping rounds on the cue sheets)

Marquee updated?: Removed both brunch titles and added the letters for the marquee rental on 6/1

Posters updated?: The bike outside was still blocking the Thunderbolts all evening (I will try to remove this tomorrow -- please do not throw this poster away in the event that you take it down in the morning)

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?:

Additional Notes: Removed a block of ADA seats in the back row of theater 2 for a guest during the second round and placed it back after the screening concluded

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection 6/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: PS107's event in theater 2 went smoothly and the mics were returned to the booth to charge following the show Set up for trivia at Trees Lounge this evening The Matrix Revolutions screening in theater 1 went well save for some alternating of volume levels throughout as the audio for the first few reels was very hushed compared to how loud the rest of it gets once the action starts in reels 4-7 (mics were returned to the booth to charge and both projectors were cleaned + exhausts shut) Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Received copies of  Best in Show and The Princess Bride for upcoming private events this week and began ripping  Best in Show through MakeMKV and HandBrake (update: the film is running through DCP-o-matic and should finish within 24 hours) Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection:  The...
