To do this evening/ was completed:
Presentation Issues:
Preshow Clips/Playlist:
Trailer Updates:
Special Events/ AV set up: Set up for Spoons was smooth. Thanks Will for leaving it set up as neatly as possible.
A couple spotlight notes:
-The breaker for "Left Spotlights" (the wash all the way to the left if you're facing the screen from the booth) was switched off so this wasn't coming on. Not an issue, just switched it back on, just mentioning that this breaker can just stay on, the only one that switched off when not in use is the "Moving Spots" breaker.
-They also mentioned that when they had their webcam on screen the wash made it hard to see, so I programmed a separate scene with the washes slightly dimmer. This is button 3, bank 1. Let's leave this saved there as they will probably use it again in the future.
-The scene that was formerly saved to button 3 bank 1 was a different color wash which I moved to scene 1 bank 9 so we still have it saved.
-There may have been some contradictory instructions from me regarding this in the past, but when setting up the Yamaha mixer with the wireless mic receivers, the +48V Phantom Power button should be pressed. This results in a much cleaner sound. I tightened up the entry for the wireless mic/PA setup in the manual and included this note.
I also edited the HDMI section in the manual to include the switchers in Theater 1 and 2, and updated the Spoons section to remove some outdated info.
