To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: This was not major and has been fully resolved now, but the masking in T1 was at scope (presumably from Super 8 last night) all day today, it was a busy day so neither of us noticed/thought anything of it, only the masking did not go back to flat on cue for the start of the Superman playlist. I noticed when I went to check on the feature the curtains were at scope, and Superman is 1.85. Firing the cue again expectedly did not work so I brought the curtains in using the buttons on the motor. After the show finished I took a closer look and found, as I'd guessed, the wire to automate the #2 button (which activates the 1.85 preset) had snapped and was disconnected from the motor. Easy fix, I stripped/reconnected it. All set now.

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd Sorry, Baby and Superman. Had to adjust the new Superman playlists a bit. Friendly reminder that Cat Vid Fest trailer is NOT 4.0. It is 3.5. This is listed on the whiteboard above the desk in 4/6. Double checked masking/lens file in T5 (and T4) for Sorry, Baby. - Lillian

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Setup the wireless mic mixer, mics, yamaha, spots board, Aja and so forth for Spoons this evening. Everything has been tested, laptop included, of course. Remember to turn on the breakers for spots! Also, remember to turn on the front panels of the wireless mic mixer/yamaha mixer. Mics are currently charging in T1. Also, I brought the wireless mic mixer from T2 to T1 this morning and the wires hadn't been disconnected or cleaned up from the past event. They weren't necessarily messy, it's just a little bit of a pain having to disconnect everything. It's best everything gets properly stored again. I know this is nitpicking a bit...sorry, bear with. My assumption is that it was left to make life easier for the next event in there, but just check the calendar to make sure! Thank you! - Lillian

Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected Super 8 and got it packaged up for shipping. Printed labels. This will get picked up tonight. - Lillian

Maintenance/cleaning: We were all hands on deck this early afternoon, mopping away in the kitchen when it started to flood again. We all managed to clean it up fairly remarkably well in a short period of time, despite the chaos of all the pipes going off. Kitchen is taking orders today! Adding the SOF tech tomorrow, in with Nickel Boys/NoBudge since the electrical/lighting work took the whole day in T1. - Lil

Marquee updated?: To the front side I added Super Man, took down MI8. 

For the 35mm side I took down Super 8 and added Tango and Cash.  - Lillian
