Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Batman Forever SPL was transferred to theater 3 for tomorrow's brunch show

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Tech'd Batman Forever, The Bad Guys 2, and The Naked Gun for volume levels this morning and adjusted the latter ever so slightly (The Bad Guys 2 is mixed very loudly so 5.0 should work just fine...7.0 was next to deafening)

The programmers watched The Mastermind in theater 3 this morning

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content):

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Placed Best of the Best II back on its shipping reels and packaged/scheduled it for a return shipment (tracking ID: 883249088334)

Print/video Inspection: Put Kwaidan on house reels in booth 1

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked today's cue sheets and adjusted the cells/rows so there are no blank spaces between rounds (MODs asked that we refrain from leaving these open spaces moving forward)

Marquee updated?: Took down the event letters on both sides of the marquee and put back all upcoming brunch and 35mm titles + added The Naked Gun and The Bad Guys 2 to the front

Posters updated?: Took down 28 Years Later and swapped it with F1, added Weapons to the front beneath a "coming soon" snipe, placed Nobody 2 in the lobby, and added "now showing" snipes above The Naked Gun and The Bad Guys 2

Cleaning lights on for the night?:

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

Additional Notes: FedEx came by earlier to drop off a print but could not gain access to the side entrance because of an issue with the buzzer (?) and left a tracking slip behind

John Woods picked up the CatVideoFest box from the 4/6 booth and brought it by the MOD office

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
