To do this evening/ was completed: Nobody A1 playlists built. LMS scheduled for the upcoming week sans Honey Don't.

New 35mm letters up on the marquee.

Packaged up Kwaidan. Scheduled a pickup for tomorrow.

Ran through Showgirls drag show content with Desmond. Volumes logged. Playlist will be built soon. Ran through all the spotlight cues as well. The only one missing is orange with spots, will need to make that during admin sometime in the coming days.

Looked at Realm of Satan with Cristina. Playlist updated with vol/light cues.

Wheels on Meals, Bad Boys, Muriel tech'd, volumes logged.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Bad Boys DCP showed up on the FilmVault, so I ingested it even though we won't be using it.

Downloaded Night Train to Terror, ingested it to the LMS.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Cleared old features and preshow off the servers.

Print/video Inspection: Looked at Drive and updated the playlist.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Cue sheets for next week are almost completely filled. The only timing that needs to be filled out is Night Train to Terror.

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
