Ordering/Receiving (content): We were mistakenly sent a 35mm print of The Shadow intended for NWB by DHL this morning. I reached out to the projection/cinema teams there about the mix up. The showtime is not until next Tuesday so there is plenty of time to have it brought over to Williamsburg

Outgoing/Shipping (content): A courier came by and picked up only one of the Bad Boys prints this morning (they did not announce themselves or ask for a projectionist...I believe they buzzed the side door and were let in) as the replacement was on the bottom of the projection cart and they must not have seen it lying there. I reached out to the Sony rep about sending them back some time today and/or tomorrow to retrieve the second print

Muriel's Wedding and Wheels on Meals were picked up this afternoon

Print/video Inspection: Tech'd the show playlist for Night Train to Terror for this evening's screening and added a house lights down cue during the "welcome" clip + raised the feature volume to 6.5 from 5.5

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
