NPP Projection Admin 8/19


To do this evening/was completed: Built A1 8/22 R-rated playlists without the Adult Animation trailer so I could schedule the coming week in LMS. When that trailer becomes available we'll have to add it manually to each playlist and save and sync.

Double-checked spotlights in T2 for tomorrow's show--green wash with spotlight is good to go (504).

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Playlists built for To Wong Foo, Caught by the Tides, Tales From The Hood, Casino. Caught by the Tides DCP is Atmos, just FYI. Also the Adult Animation trailer will have to be added to all SE_R playlists.

Trailer Updates: 

Special Events/ AV set up: Mics set in T3. Looked at the feature for good measure.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content):  Ne Zha II ingested, playlists made. Caught Stealing ingested.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Bad Boys print #2 was picked up.

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: T5 and 3/7 booths vacuumed.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Cue sheets for next week are set. Clueless' timing needs to be adjusted now that the Q+A is tacked to the top of the show instead of the end. When Desmond sends the recorded Q+A for that, please go back and adjust the timing to that section.

I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
