NPP Projection Admin 8/8



To do this evening/ was completed: Ingested Realm of Satan feature and put it on screen in T2. It's labeled as 1.78 but it's actually 1.66 and looks good in that lens/masking setup. Skipped around the feature and it seems all good.

Ran a reel of Kwaidan for Cristina, volume logged. Wanted to look at Goldeneye but the keys don't go live until midnight so that will have to be tech'd tomorrow.

Built 8/15 A1 playlists with the new preshow pieces mentioned in Kat's trailer list email. Volumes set. Removed 8/1 playlists as well as forecasts.

Outgoing first-run letters down, Weapons and Freakier Friday up.

Downloaded/converted/ingested all of the Showgirls drag show content. Tip/breakdown slide has the curtain call song attached in full.

Inspected the first two reels of Muriel's Wedding. It's in nice condition. It arrived tails out and wound wrong side up on its shipping reels so you'll have to do a few extra winds to reposition it correctly.

Bad Boys DCP is currently unavailable via Deluxe portal.

NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
