Special Events/ AV set up: Double checked the mixer and HDMI set up in theater 2 this afternoon and tested mics, lights, and the slideshow for Shouting at the Screen + the DJ set and screening went super smoothly and all gear was put back into its proper storage

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Updated One Battle After Another posters were delivered in addition to one sheets for a film called Bau, Artist at War 

Ordering/Receiving (content): DCP drive containing Thelma & Louise was received and the feature content was ingested to the LMS

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes

Marquee updated?: Removed Fantastic 4, Naked Gun, Ne Zha 2, and Superman + added letters for Caught Stealing, The Roses, and Splitsville

Posters updated?: Removed Fantastic 4, Naked Gun, Ne Zha 2, and Superman and placed Caught Stealing, The Roses, and Splitsville under "now showing" snipes on the 15th street side + placed The Conjuring 4, Demon Slayer, and HIM outside under "coming soon" snipes on the 14th street side and put One Battle After Another and A Big, Bold, Beautiful Journey up in the lobby

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

Additional Notes: Seat removed in theater 6 during the second round was placed back between shows + a guest requested a closed captioning device during the second round in theater 7 which was returned after the show

MODs asked to take the work light from above the bench in 3/7 to use in the men's restroom at Trees Lounge temporarily since the lights went out

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
