To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Adjusted content in the Together show playlists for the week of 8/8 (these were both missing the Realm of Satan trailer)

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Creepshow screening in theater 1 this evening went smoothly

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Still no sign of the Realm of Satan poster

Ordering/Receiving (content): Confirmed with Jack this afternoon that all content for the week had been delivered and ingested

Double checked all upcoming special event show playlists and looked for any missing content (Bad Boys slide was ingested...waiting on the trailer list to confirm which pre-show will be needed/used for this)

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Scheduled another pickup with FedEx for tomorrow morning for the two boxes of film on the projection cart by the side entrance

Print/video Inspection: Rewound Creepshow following the show and packaged the print for return shipping (labels can be printed tomorrow -- the canisters are at the bottom of the steps in booth 1)

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Double checked tomorrow's cues/schedule and initialed for confirmation

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. NPP Projection Admin (Lillian/Will) 7/7

To do this evening/ was completed: Leon Chase for Hank's Saloon came by to tech his film today. He's super happy with the outcome of his DCP and is really, really excited about the screening.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Buena Vista Social Club is just about sorted for this evening -the hosts did not respond to our request for a good quality video of the Tony Awards performance that we could download, so I found it on YouTube and let them know. I made a DCP, which will likely sound good between 3.5 - 4.5, but we'll have 15min to tech it before we open doors for the show!  Superman playlists built - I swapped out the atmos file that was first ingested and got the regular 7.1 in there! Projection Admin 9/8 Lillian/Will

To do this evening/ was completed: Double confirmed with Chris and folks that the print of Vicious Lips is, in fact, Vampire Lovers. They are in the process of sending Cyborg. I took the Vicious Lips trailer out of the playlists that had them, which we'll replace with Cyborg once it's available.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Higher Learning .  Trailer Updates: ^ as per the above, we'll be getting the Cyborg trailer and updated version of the Forecast_A for 9/12 sometime tonight.  Special Events/ AV set up: We got the PA system with wireless mics setup for the show tonight in T2. I went through all the pieces of content for the drag performance(s) and confirmed sound/adjusted a few levels for the music, some of which were way too loud. I double checked/techd the lighting cues and wrote the info into the event memo for easy access (not everything seems to be accurate on the sheet, which I will update on Wednesday).
